When will I get my order?
Processing time for each item varies. 

My processing times are always listed at the top of my website and within the doormat listings. If I anticipate a significant delay in that time, I'll reach out and let you know. Otherwise, you'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship. Please note there is no way for me to give individualized updates as you order is processed. I know you're excited to receive your order (as am I!) I promise the wait is worth it!
Coir Doormats - up to 10 business days
All Weather Doormats - up to 7 business days

What is a business day?
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times are determined by number of business days.

Can I return my order?
Please read our return policy for more information.

My order has shipped but I haven't received it.
Once your order is dropped off with USPS or UPS, it is out of our hands. Insurance is included with the orders, so if you have any issues, please reach out and file a claim with the appropriate delivery service. Please make sure that your address is correct when placing your order. I cannot provide refunds for orders that say delivered but are missing, lost orders, or orders not delivered by your delivery service. 

Why did I only receive part of my order?
Some items in my shop ship from a third-party fulfillment center.
 
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time I am unable to ship outside of the US but I do hope to soon!
