When will I get my order?
Processing time for each item varies.
As all of my doormats are handmade and made to order, it's hard for me to give an exact ship date. My processing times are always listed at the top of my website and within the doormat listings. If I anticipate a significant delay in that time, I'll reach out and let you know. Otherwise, you'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship. Please note there is no way for me to give individualized updates as you order is processed. I know you're excited to receive your order (as am I!) but please bear with me as I am only one person making all of the doormats. I promise the wait is worth it!

Why are your doormat processing times so long?
Each doormat is made to order. Every doormat is individually stenciled and hand painted by me, making every single one unique. While I do occasionally hire help it is often only in a limited capacity, so please keep in mind that in addition to making every doormat I also have to run my business. I extend my processing times when there is an influx of orders.

What is a business day?
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times are determined by number of business days.
Can I return my order?

My order has shipped but I haven't received it.
Once your order is dropped off with USPS or UPS, it is out of our hands. There is insurance included with the orders so if you have any issues please reach out and file a claim with the appropriate delivery service. Please make sure that your address is correct when placing your order. I cannot provide refunds for orders that say delivered but are missing, lost orders, or orders not delivered by your delivery service.

Do you ship internationally?
I do! However, due to the weight of the doormats, the shipping cost quickly increases, and I am still looking for a cheaper option.
